OakTree Aviation offers three types of appraisal services to meet your needs. If you have questions about your options or require further advice on the best solution for your needs, please contact us, and we’ll be happy to explain further the option that best suits your current needs.
A Certified Aircraft Appraisal begins with a thorough examination of the exterior and interior of the aircraft. Special attention is focused on the airframe, paint, engines, propellers, and instrumentation condition. The avionics, and related flight instruments are inventoried to ensure they are properly accounted for in assessing the value of the aircraft.
The Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) was established to promote and maintain a high level of public trust by establishing requirements for aircraft appraisers. The Appraisal Standards Board (ASB) of the Appraisal Foundation develops, publishes, interprets, and amends the USPAP on behalf of appraisers and users of appraisal services.
